WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL?

Rental Rates ONLY includes: 6 Hours of Event Time, Eight (6) 6ft round tables, Two (8)) 30” x 5’ folding rectangular tables and 50 black folding chairs.

Rental Items | The Stop (atthestop.com)

TABLES AND CHAIRS

Rental ONLY includes: 6 Hours of Event Time. Eight (6) 6ft round, Two (8) 30” x 5’ rectangular tables and ONLY 60 black folding chairs will be provided at no additional costs.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Alcohol may be served but not be sold on the premises unless appropriate permits, both local and state, are obtained. Should you be providing and serving alcohol at no charge to your guests then no permit is required. The Renter has the absolute responsibility to ensure that no one drives after consuming levels of alcohol that would present as being over legal limits to drive. Further, The Stop has no responsibility whatsoever regarding persons drinking and driving who have attended an event.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUND

The Refund policy for cancellations is as follows: A RESERVATION is cancelled when notice is given as a signed, written document and submitted in person or if renter fails to meet the terms of the contract.
Cancellation: Deposits and rental fees are non-refundable. You are allowed 1 date change within 60 days of your original event date. If for any reason your date can not be scheduled within 60 days, the client has to pay $200 to reserve another date.

HOW BIG IS THE VENUE AND WHAT IS MAX CAPACITY?

The Stop can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests.

CAN YOU BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks.

IS THERE A KITCHEN?

Yes, we have a kitchen for prepping however you can't cook.

HOW DO I BOOK?

To secure your event the date and time, click on the Ready To Book! tab and submit. A 30% non-refundable, one time transferable deposit is required along with a signed contract.  Dates without a deposit AND signed contract is just an inquiry.

PHOTOGRAPHY?

This venue uses live, video and still photography to assist with promotion of the venue. All photos taken at The Stop by your Photographer, Client(s) or guests will also be the property of The Stop also and will be used for promotional purposes. NO boudoir or nude photography is permitted anywhere at The Stop.

CAN I DECORATE EARLY?

Decorating may begin at 10:00 AM on the day of your event. If you need to decorate before 10:00 AM there is a $50.00 per hour charge.

CAN I DECORATE?

The Stop welcomes you to be creative and decorate your event. Any decor that is placed either inside or outside the building is to be removed and properly disposed of by close of event. Renters are prohibited from using tacks, nails, pushpins or any other forms of penetration into the walls. No confetti, glitter or fireworks are permitted. Candles must have a base.

DO YOU ACCEPT LAST MINUTE BOOKING REQUEST?

We require at least a 24 hours booking request notification.
